Gift Wrapping is available - and products can be wrapped in brown packaging paper with twine for a classic rustic feel.

1. Check your submitted shipping address. If incorrect it may have been delivered to a different location.

2. Check around your property. Sometimes packages are left in “hidden” areas like behind bushes or on the side of the house to prevent theft.

3. Check with your neighbors. This is the most common issue. Check with those close in proximity and those with similar numbers.

4. Check with others in the household. Someone else might have picked it up without seeing it was yours.

5. Contact your local Postal Service. They will be able to provide you with more information like GPS coordinates, which is not something you can view online.

6. Wait a few days. USPS sometimes scans packages as delivered too soon & the package shows up later.

All orders will be shipped to the address provided, so it is the customers responsibility to submit a valid shipping address upon checkout. Any re-shipment costs (including total order cost + shipping costs) are of the responsibility of the customer.

If you catch an incorrect address submission before your order has been shipped, please send me a private message with an address update.

If you have submitted an incorrect address & your order was shipped, unfortunately, this is at a loss for the customer. You can chose to re-order your purchase, but please be sure to add your correct shipping address.

All orders placed after November 1, 2022 apply to the Holiday 2022 Return Policy.

Any item purchased after November 1, 2022 may be returned up until January 15, 2023. Items MUST be unopened, unused, and in original condition for a full refund.

If returned items are not sent back unopened, unused, and in original condition, partial refund may be permitted, based on condition of the items.

Customers are subject to pay for return shipping and once USPS has marked the package as "Delivered", returns will be processed within 14 days.

Returns are accepted for items in original condition within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must confirm via Etsy messages an accepted return before sending the item back. Please be able to submit tracking information and assume responsibility if package is lost.

Damaged/Defective items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. We will not be liable for defective items NOT reported to us after 5 days. You must supply photographic evidence of the damaged/defective item along with photos of any damage to the packaging. If items are determined to be defective, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or are damaged/defective.
